Pros
When I started, I loved this place! The building in Farmington is beautiful. Job keeps you busy. It is nice to have your own accounts. If you know SAP, you are ahead of the game.

I always wanted to work here and was excited and proud to say I worked here. I expected Farmington Trumpf to be professionalism. Co-workers will be very pleasant at first. You will feel very welcomed 1-2 weeks and then you are on your own. Expect to take great notes the first time around. Co-workers will find excuses not to help you. You will feel that your opinion matters at first, but only Seniors opinions matter. Seniors have their own click and side group chats. Seniors also steer the decision of Management. It is NOT professional as I thought this place would be. Over 500 accounts per collector. It is better if you know SAP. They give the most complex accounts to the new people.
