Pros

This company was sold to me on the basis that it has a lot of potential, which is true. The manufacturing processes themselves are fairly simply, and there are are a number of hard workers here, and the overall morale at the time of my start was strong. However...

Cons

Since the latest New Model launch several months ago, there have been consistent 60 hour work weeks (mostly unpaid for salaried associates), technical difficulties reaching as far as to affect product safety that have been ignored, near customer plant shutdowns, and downward spirals in employee morale and health. All of these things can be curtailed, if not fixed, by pursuing progressive change. However, a stagnant environment has been instilled by a management that seeks only to make itself look good, captains polishing their medals while the ship sinks with everyone aboard, save those many I have seen with the sense to escape that fate. Instead of seeking solutions, ever dwindling sources of manpower in the form of temporary associates are thrown at the problems - buckets to bail out water from too many holes.
