Pros
- Good pay for only requiring a high school diploma - Flexibility in shifts and schedules (If you have seniority) - Scheduling works with you if you are attending school and need certain days off
Cons
- Can be stressful at times when there's a heavy flow of passengers. - Passengers always blame you for everything - Managers sometimes have unrealistic expectations since 9 times out of 10 they've never done the job that we do. - If you don't have seniority you will get the worst days and hours - Most managers are more focused on "Customer Service" over security
