      Really good pay. Meet lots of people. Hands on Garanteed hours

      Cons

      Wait up to or longer than year for any vacation or any days off. Set schedule for 6 months no changes made. Morning extremely early start times as early as 2:15am. 1 min late is late strike. Terminated at will til 1 year. Management don't care about you only bonuses
