      Family culture. Above average compensation. Generous PTO. Retirement and health benefits. Executives care about the staff but also hold us accountable for results.

      Paid for loaded and empty miles. Ok benefits

      Cons

      Detention pay is laughable. Lots of favoritism towards certain drivers who won't hesitate to call in and snitch on anything another driver does regardless of how miniscule or severe it may be.
