Pros

Management really care about employees wellbeing, growing quickly, opportunity to work UK wide, good culture, sensible working hours, good amenities in the offices.

Cons

Growing fast so some systems and processes need to be caught up, plus some teams need to be a little bigger - but business seems to recruit carefully, so takes a little time.

Pros

Lots of nice people work here

Cons

This has got to be the worst place I've ever worked. The toxicity is overwhelming, staff being constantly fired and the rest of us constantly worrying if we are next and frantically trying to find new roles. Two senior people in the business are bullies, please listen to all the other reviews, they're not lying. Horrendous workload and unachievable expectations set by management. TSK have an awful reputation now, due to massively high turnover (atleast one or two people a month), its no wonder everyone is leaving to go to their competitors. Please, please, please listen to these reviews and don't put yourself in the situation we have all gotten ourselves into, I wish I took the glass door reviews seriously before I joined.

TSK Group Response

I believe giving and receiving feedback candidly and graciously is important in any business and it’s one of several things we’re trying to get better at at TSK. In that spirit, thank you for this insight into your experience working for us. I am truly sorry your time with us was not what you hoped for. As I mentioned there are several things we’re trying to get better at, including: - Our approach to internal communication - Supporting our leaders and people managers to foster trusted, supportive relationships with team members - Ensuring employees feel comfortable raising issues such as workload and know that we really do care about their wellbeing - Creating opportunities for personal growth and development for anyone that wants it We’re not a big corporate entity and we’re never going to be a company that is ruled by strict process, rigid structures or fixed career paths. But we have grown recently and we know this has put pressure on our teams as workloads are increasing. We’re striving to learn and improve as fast as we can and create an environment where our fantastic people can thrive. I hope if you spoke to a broad cross-section of our current employees you’d get honest, encouraging answers about what’s great and getting better at TSK today. I know it’s too late to change your experience but hopefully this gives some reassurance to anyone who might consider joining us in the future that TSK could be a great place for them.
