I believe giving and receiving feedback candidly and graciously is important in any business and it’s one of several things we’re trying to get better at at TSK. There are several things we are continuing to trying to get better at, including: - Our approach to internal communication - Supporting our leaders and people managers to foster trusted, supportive relationships with team members - Ensuring employees feel comfortable raising issues such as workload and know that we really do care about their wellbeing - Creating opportunities for personal growth and development for anyone that wants it We’re not a big corporate entity and we’re never going to be a company that is ruled by strict process, rigid structures or fixed career paths. But we have grown recently and we know this has put pressure on our teams as workloads are increasing. We’re striving to learn and improve as fast as we can and create an environment where our fantastic people can thrive.
