Good Training otherwise there are no cons for working here

No 401K, Management would not leave me alone always calling to work all different sites even though I was not being paid as a floater, no room for advancement, benefits were outrageously priced with the company could not even afford there insurance it cheaper through the state, constantly asking you to work double shift 16 hours or more, there call off procedures are a joke and basically you can't call off or you will be fired for calling off one time, and management will falsify incident reports if they don't like what you put they will make you change it. management will avoid you if you ask to speak to them,
