Pros
1. Very competitive salary for a software engineer in Taiwan 2. Large company with lots of smart people in it.
Cons
1. use relatively stable(old) technology for project development 2. most of the requirement are internal facing application, rather than customer facing products( which is understandable since Its a manufacturer)
