Pros
The pay at TSMC was excellent, but it came at the cost of mental and physical health. Despite offering PTO, they often denied days off due to inadequate staffing, prioritizing cost savings and bonuses for higher-ups. While the amenities were decent, the relentless stress and exhaustion made it hard to have the energy to use them.
