Pros
The hiring manager actually read my resume so the focus of the interview was focused on whether my communication skills were sufficient to represent the company well and properly fulfill the customers' needs. Respect for my time was built into the process without unnecessary or redundant interviews. The onboarding process was top notch leaving me without questions or lack of access to job critical logins, permissions, or equipment. IT at this company is on point and the fastest of any company for whom I have worked in the past 25 years. I was provided with the cost of my benefits up front and all personnel involved were transparent, professional, and sincerely spoke highly of other staff and the company. Training is proving to be thorough, and although I am a new employee and my work project based, I feel completely supported and confident that I can be successful in my role.
Cons
Nothing of note thus far. My former company set a high bar for how I want to be treated in my work life, and TSP has been meeting them so far every step of the way.
