Amazing management, they care about their employees. Pay is good and every employee I've met so far have been so nice and helpful.

It doesn't bother me but there is some travel required

the friends made while working there have turned out to be some of the hardest working, most valuable, and loyal people in my life still to this day

there was no control with the quality, in anyway. The senior management HAS NO CLUE truly what they are doing. They cut your hours on short notice and never paid for the PTO that you earned. Instead of hiring more people the work was spread out to the already over worked and under paid. NEVER got the raise they said you would when/if you happen to be "promoted". Was told that you had to prove you could do the job first.... THEN WHY DID YOU OFFER IT TO ME??!! and since when to you hire someone with no pay and decide whether or not to pay them; NEVER! Give us the money and if doesn't work out then change the deal! Just all around disappointed...
