I was part of an excellent team with great leaders. Great benefits. Flexible wfh schedule.
Cons
They aren't evolving with the modern workforce. There used to be a hybrid schedule 2 days wfh 3 days in office then they took away 1 wfh day. Little room for growth. Only way to advance your career at TTI is to move to a different team. Pay is below market average.
