Pros
It was a fluke that I applied here, but after doing the interview and despite not using my "main" skill set I found the approach to how people were treated and how management really wanted to use people for their strengths and bring out the best in people to be unique and inline with what I believe in. About 19 months in now, this is the best place I've ever worked. Yeah, sure the benefits are good, pay is industry average, but the people I work with enjoy their job and are motivated to help each other out and ensure we have a solid understanding of the work which I find even more valuable. Sure a mistake or small problem crops up here and there but it truly is treated as an opportunity to learn and fix.
Cons
Not really a clock in clock out kind of job. Not as good if you want to be left alone to do your work sometimes (people playing games and talking). The culture might be a bit too quirky (and caring?) for some.
