Pros
Opportunity to work abroad and lots of opportunity to move around internally due to the size of the company. Travel discounts obviously but not as much as you'd expect.
Cons
As can be expected of such a large company, it can be a very corporate environment despite all the holiday images. The company structure is constantly changing, and there always seems to be redundancies somewhere.
