      -Team/Family culture -Benefits package -Retirement plan -Sick days roll-over to vacation days if not used -Always looking at new technology and ways to expand the business -Time off at Christmas/New Years if you have vacation time

      Cons

      -Need better training programs for equipment and software -It is who you know not what you know for advancement it seems -Communication/working between the different divisions is sometimes lacking -Hours can be long and demanding when a big project is brought in

      Pros

      Tulloch provides a safe, supportive, caring, team-focused environment. If you are willing to show up and work hard, you'll be rewarded the opportunity to grow and learn and be successful at your job. They give you the tools you need and treat you fairly. Throw in some cool company sponsored events, swag and such, what's not to like! Plus 15 years and I've yet to have a 'bad day at the office'. Win-win!!
