Pros
Lots of freedom to take risks and learn. A 60 year old brand with a startup mentality. Especially on the digital side, very smart VP team that works hard to grow the brand and create new opportunities. They have a history of promoting within.
Cons
Negative association with the brand. Network and digital have difficulties separating their identities with the magazine, which is assumed to be an outdated, older demographic.
