Needs better relationships with providers - Nurse Practitioner TVHC Employee Review

Low, low salary. Management won’t let you take unpaid days off. No recognition or appreciation of providers. The new CMO is less than forthcoming in every way. She monotonously reads clinic progress steps at provider meetings. Does she have any clue of how boring and unfocused she is? There is no recognition of providers excellence in service, quality and work ethic. I think the best way to sum it up is she sees providers as a tool to use.
