Pros

If you willing to work a little bit harder and little smarter, this will be the best opportunity in your lifetime. Flexible work schedule and don't need to sit in a cubicle 40 hours a week. I agreed this company is not for everyone...not for those whom constantly looking for recognition and be babysitted.

Cons

still a growing company, no representation in where i am live now in the Midwest. Otherwise, i don't have to look for a new job.

Pros

Free parking. I have to enter at least five words so this is it.

Cons

- Sneaking, paranoid Management - Cameras in office so they can watch your every move which is creepy -Commission structures constantly changing so they don't have to pay you what you were promised - ZERO leadership from the VP and lack of guidance or direction - Benefits are terrible - Barely any vacation and made to work on Memorial day which is completely disrespectful to Americans - Company culture is basically to keep quiet and don't offer any suggestions. This is not a team oriented company culture at all. - Lack of inventory so customers who have already paid are left without product for months at a time - Extremely high turnover rate The list could go on and on but take everyone's advise (except the one positive review which was clearly written by one of the owners) and run away fast and do not look back!
