      Pros

      Minimal office traffic as they do business to business contacts

      Cons

      They do not care about your contributions to the company if you are not an engineer. Many other departments and roles are needed in order to keep the company in business but this is seldom recognized.

      Cons

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
