      Great and talented people. Definitely a great place to learn a lot of technical stuff. Lots of opportunity to grow your career.

      Unbalanced work load and stressful work environment. Compensation is relatively low compared to other similar companies.

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
