Pros
I had a very pleasant time at Tabit. The selection process was quite short: a programming test and an interview with two of the CEOs, probably all in all two weeks and I received my contract. The team is a mix of younger and experienced developers, quite international. The colleagues got along very well with each other. Generally speaking very open door policy like, it was easy to talk with people incl. the managers. It feels like a family business, if I had any issues of whatever sort (like finding a flat) I got help. We had from time to time team events, ranging from restaurant visits, over hiking in the alps, doing sports, to going for drinks. The projects I worked in ranged from automotive, over telecommunication to public sector, at times quite complex, learned a lot. Different team sizes, usually around 6 developers. Salary was satisfying, as far as I managed to find out in the range of whats usual for my experience and skill set as a backend developer in Munich. Leaving for personal reasons back to Spain. I would recommend this company as employer, it was a good experience.
Cons
The current office is not in a very nice area. They are planning to move to another office more central though.
