Great place to work - Background Investigator Table Mountain Rancheria Employee Review

I can’t speak for every department at Table Mountain Rancheria (“TMR”), but the management in my department are amazing! They do so much for their employees. The workplace atmosphere is uplifting and positive. If you’re ever looking to get into Backgrounds, Compliance, Audit, or Surveillance, then get your start at TMR, where you can grow and further your career.

The cons would be the long drive to and from work, whether you live in the surrounding areas, it can still be considered a long drive but that’s just my own personal option on it.

The pace is slow, and no annual review for increase for lower people
