Pros

Unfortunately, there are no pros. They give a standard social package every company will give you (because they give you what is indicated in labor code), but present it as something special.

Cons

Don't get fooled with the ratings. They pay for good reviews. In reality it's a small company (<10 people), a studio actually (those are over9000 on the market). They do only internet shops and nothing more, so, the projects are identical and very boring. Their motto about good code quality standards is only a buzz. In reality the level of co-workers is very low. Work atmosphere is bad. You are pressed and constantly in a hurry. This is because of the general company politics: do some how the site and rapidly find another client. I regret that I spent my time for them.

Pros

Once had a highly regarded reputation in the eComm/CMS space. I worked with some of the most talented engineers and delivery professionals in my career, many of which I've stayed close friends with.

Cons

Once the Newgistics merger went into full force, the culture went south. HQ in Austin was absolutely clueless on how to maintain good culture with highly skilled knowledge workers in San Francisco. Benefits were cut, upward mobility was virtually nonexistent, and there was a mass exodus of top notch leadership. The managers that remained or were brought in were absurdly incompetent and sometimes unethical. It caused a steady outflow of top talent to where the great culture that once thrived became virtually unrecognizable. The sales pipeline was once overflowing and then it dried up. HR was the worst I've ever seen in any company. When they cut our benefits, they had an entire year to communicate the change, yet they waited until just before benefits enrollment. They were also very poor at time keeping, many times making mistakes in payroll and vacation accrual.
