Fun environment Great support if you have a great Area Coach Great rewards if store is high-performing Great pay if you work hard(management wise)

Cons

Very short-handed sometimes Too many requirements to fire people Too much drama which is often started by management Stressful and high paced environment

- Upper management had a tendency to micromanage based on stats without ever coming to the store to understand the situation
