Pros
Management was fair, employeees were amicable. Overall, a good place for a first job. You will be forced to develop a good work ethic fast!
Cons
Management did not do a good enough job at weeding out those employees who were not pulling their own weight. Many problems occurred due to conflicts of interest brought about through management hiring friends, family, etc.
