      - Great co-workers - WFH till 2022

      Cons

      - Training is very limited. Your basically get thrown into the deep end and have to learn on the fly - Supervisors are hit or miss. If you get a great supervisor, they will help you get promoted to a full time employee - Favoritism is strong within the desk, the favorites will get to work on easier task - No pay raises when taking on more responsibility
