Pros

Good pay and bonuses if you and your team meet the monthly metric expectations. Mostly a fun team atmosphere. Upper management truly cares about the well being of team members.

Cons

As an assistant general manager you have to work a minimum of 50 hours per week and you must have an open availability. Depending on the stores needs, you can get a bit of whip lash from working a bunch of different shifts throughout the week. Work/life balance can feel nonexistent at times.
