      Pros

      Great place to work-smart people, collaboration is a priority. Lots of review meetings and analysis.

      Cons

      Company does not contribute to the 401k plan. It's hard to get approvals for invoice payments when the bosses are on vacation.

      had a great team and leadership for the 1st 8 years.

      fell apart after covid no real mentors or anyone who cared enough about staff and company.

      Highly knowledgable Senior Project Managers and Senior Vice Presidents to work alongside and learn from. Variety of properties within their portfolio (Life Sciences, Resident, Mixed-Use).

      Cons

      Development/Construction Team is not very diverse.
