Cons
Lack of Growth Opportunities: Prior to joining the company, I was informed the company would help transition me into a role that better aligns with my previous work experience, as I wasn’t hired for a position that reflected my background. I never saw any path for career advancement or a transition into a role suited to my strengths.
Poor Benefits: The PTO specifically here is underwhelming and doesn’t compare to other companies in the industry. For new employees, the benefits are not very favorable and only become acceptable after 3+ years.
Work-Life Balance: The work hours are strict, with no room for flexibility.
Unsupportive Leadership: One of the most discouraging aspects of my time here has been the leadership. Instead of offering constructive feedback or support, management often puts employees down. There’s no effort made to motivate or guide employees toward success, which makes the workplace feel demoralizing.
