The CEO, Sam, is incredibly rude and disrespectful to his employees. The whole company runs by his clock and he is super impulsive and impatient. Its a small team, so there is no HR to deal with these problems. No benefits, the pay is just barely enough to get by if your sharing a room in LA, the senior staff are living from paycheck to paycheck and many have to do another additional 40 hours freelance work just to make ends meet. They are currently looking for someone who is an After Effects animation expert who is will to take a 50,000 dollar a year paycheck. Their is no upward mobility. I learned that my art director who had worked for Sam for 10 years was barely getting paid more than me. Don't waste your time here.
