Pros

Great company, great environment and great people. Creative and unique and proud of what they produce. Very friendly.

Cons

There isn't much bad to say about this company. They were very welcoming and took me in as an intern with open arms and really let me feel like a part of the team.

Pros

Employee discount, some paid holidays, a number of thoughtful coworkers who "see" you, and make an effort to be kind and inclusive.

Cons

-There are long tenured management employees who act entitled, openly having rude interactions with those in positions they considered less important or "below" them. This creates unnecessary stress and drama, and a "walk on eggshells" environment. For example, in my position, I was told to "use my brain" or scolded like a misbehaving child if I made an insignificant error in my work. These comments were made on repeat occasions (even when training) in front of multiple coworkers, which was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. -I was told the employee who previously held my position had "moved up in the company", but found out this was false, as the person had departed, in part due to difficulties outlined in the first statement. When I inquired about this with management, all of them blamed this one person who barely speaks and is rarely in the office. It seemed like they were being used as a scapegoat, instead of assuring the issues would be prevented in the future. -C&F Enterprises, the company that acquired tag in 2018, is located in West Virginia. Their overall involvement with tag seems performative, and withholding of information and resources that would allow tag to be more successful financially and culturally. -Low pay with no significant wage increases for certain positions, bleak break room, no standing desks or wellness perks, remote work permitted only for certain people, mostly drone work assignments, outdated technology. - The office environment is dead silent, and inter department collaboration is rare or nonexistent. There is a monthly full staff meeting that doesn't truly engage, or foster trust and inspiration, among employees.
