No opportunity to grow you will be in the same roll for eons, performance reviews are just venting sessions you don't get any pay increases unless you really complain over and over, you will be overworked and underpaid, customer service is the credit specialist, order managers, e-commerce specialist and so on. The leadership is terrible not really open to feedback and doesn't take the advise given by the employees who do the day to day,one HR person who bias at times, no training, meetings are pointless updates and no real meaning strategies, oh and they play favoritism catering to specifics, and not everyone. Owned byC&F another horrible company bought out the business never bothered to meet it's needs for improvement it's sad because they make and sale great home decor products but need structure. Some of the products are not quality checked at all and over and over again arrive damaged or have defects yet despite being made aware the product returns seasonal. Shows are not tailored towards meeting the customers needs only towards selling and sales reps always over promise or mislead customers due to their lack of knowledge of processes. And c&f warehousing is the worst they don't do regular inventory they don't have an organization storage system they don't have basic packing material for fragile items. I can go on and on about the various issues.
