Pros
- WFH
- Salary on time
- Understanding colleagues
- Primary focus on task stability rather than crazy deadlines
- Apart from internal team calls, the work timing is flexible
- No tracking as micromanagement
- Good and comfortable growth, unless that specific task has a dependency on someone else.
- great amount of leaves are allocated after your 1st tenure
Cons
- crazy amount of work , once or twice in 2 months , but this can be included in pros as the work is usually interesting and we should get challenges from time to time
- since it's WFH and if there's a production issue , you could be called even after hrs but that may not a issue for anyone especially in our line of work.
Can't say anything bad i guess
