I worked with the company as a Business Development Manager for nearly 8 years, during which I gained significant exposure to international markets, engaging with clients across the US, UK, China, and the Philippines. It was a great experience working with a supportive and capable team, and being involved in RFID technology was particularly enriching and insightful. I received annual salary increments, and the performance management system was well-structured—non-performing employees were closely monitored, counseled, and, when necessary, let go, as retaining them could hinder the growth of the organization.
