The sense of empowerment I feel while working here, both by my manager and my colleagues is invaluable. I feel that the company truly encourages its employees to think creatively, initiate and take ownership of their roles. This leads to a positive work environment where people are engaged and dedicated. I also feel that managers truly care for the wellbeing of their employees and are very flexible. On of the things that I appreciate the most is that the company set thoughtful values to adhere by and is working hard everyday to continue making them a reality.
