I'm not sure what transpired during your tenure but we do have a regimented raise process, when you are in recruiting you elevate from Jr. Recruiter to Recruiter to Sr. Recruiter all accompanied by a raise. These promotions are based on performance as with all organizations. As an organization that has realized year over year growth averaging 30% I believe there are ample opportunities for upward mobility and compensation increases.
