My Positive Experience Working For Tailored Management. - Diagnostics Packaging Technician Tailored Management Employee Review

I worked for Tailored Management from January 27, 2020 until January 11, 2021. The three weeks onboarding process was handled as well as l hoped for. On January 11, 2021 l was hired as a full-time employee in the Diagnostics Packaging Department at Roche Molecular Systems in Branchburg, NJ. My recruiter was Kimmy Cordy. Kimmy and I kept in very close touch during my entire year working at Roche as a contingent employee on the second shift in Diagnostics Packaging, and l remain a full-time employee at Roche in that Production department. I was very fortunate to work for Tailored Management during my first year at Roche. Kimmy was extremely helpful to me throughout my first year at Roche working for Tailored Management, and l will always be grateful to Kimmy. She was always there for me whenever l needed to contact her with questions and concerns. Kimmy always responded quickly and accordingly to answer all my questions and effectively address my concerns.
