- they will tell you the pay is competitive, but it isn’t. It’s very low and commission percentages are low compared to most other staffing companies. Where does all that money go?? - Bulk of business is MSP driven so it’s hard to get wins or any feedback to candidates. - no growth potential. They’ll tell you there is, but only a select few already in leadership will get the additional growth opportunities. - ever since the riff in 2023 culture has drastically declined. The US office is a ghost town. Offshore teams are very kind and nice to work with, but the US office was completely neglected after expanding offshore post-riff. People continue to leave. - increase in micromanagement: it didn’t used to be like this, but things change. They don’t trust their team and any minor error warrants a coaching. An unsaid expectation now is that there is no room for mistakes according to leadership since business is challenging. - CEO is disconnected and focusing energy on a startup project. You’d think he’d want to focus on his only money making business.
