A company full of people who love dogs and hugely passionate about changing the world of dog food. I've never worked anywhere where people care as much as they do at tails. It's a values-led culture and so decisions are made for all the right reasons and it makes it a fun place to work. Everyone comes to work as themselves, which makes it a very genuine environment. It's pretty full on - the pace of growth is so fast and ambitions of where the company can get to is very high so would only recommend to people for love the madness of that type of environment.
