Great people, awesome culture, foreign language exposure, all the champagne you can drink! It was a special place to be and an incredible way to build out core capabilities of public speaking, executive presence, etc.

The organizational structure was somewhat opaque which led me to believe there were other things at play than what was dictated to our division. Pay and compensation models were never clearly explained
