Pros
they claim to be No 1 in UAE.(but i dont feel so)
Cons
1)dont keep any promises that they give in interview: salary will be less than offered, they offer family quarters but u will stay alone in camps in remote areas (gayathi) for a long period 2) un responsive HR department- no body will pick up ur phone if u call HR and related functions, also if u decide to go directly ur boss will not allow 3) Department secretary will behave like biggest boss. dont expect any(legitimate) services from ur department secretary. They serve only emiraties ,They know nobody will listen (ex-pats)u even if u complain 4) no proper management and operational systems. u r boss will decide what to do(he may be an ignorant emirate and it will jeopardise ur safety and integrity) 5) no proper operational procedures.every department have different set of procedures.one for submission to senior management, one for insurance related documentation.one for actual use. also boss will override all. 5) unbelievable shift system.currently management (acts ) believe shift people works 12 hrs a day for 4 days continuously. But if u have little general knowledge u will know that its impossible to work normally for 12 hrs night for 4 days ,anywhere in the world, forget the heat of middle east.
