      Pros

      I've done contractor work for multiple ESL companies, but the professionalism at Talaera beats all the rest by far. The flexibility, the opportunities for professional growth, and the appreciation shown by everyone in the organization are extraordinary. I love that students and opportunities are matched with us based on our strengths and interests. Honestly, everything about Taleara just feels good. I've never felt like my opinion mattered so much as a contractor! On both a personal and a professional level, I've been supported since day one with Talaera.

      The per-hour rate for 1:1 students isn't as competitive as other companies I've worked for, but it is well worth it if you want to grow with the company and get experience with other potential opportunities in the company.
