      -Managers are willing to work with you -Flexible Schedule -Free classes can be taken through Talbert for growth

      Cons

      The program itself is good in theory but not great in application . I don’t think this is a company issue but the program itself seems not to have people that actually do the work helping with the process

      Very flexible in letting me work from home as much as I need to. Training was very thorough.

      Pay is low and clients are very high needs. It can be stressful with a large case load
