the owners are nightmares. strategy for upper level jobs is just "restructuring" aka replace whole departments over and over again. will just hire someone salaried and fire them 2-3 months later. love hiring women pretending they actually care (they don't) but have laid off tons of people without blinking. genuinely ruin people's lives and are scary people
