Honestly, not many. Like any growing company, things can move fast, and priorities sometimes shift, but it’s always handled with communication and teamwork.

Friendly staff, a good office environment, and a team that genuinely looks out for one another.

Workload can get quite busy at times, and with a small team, it can feel like there’s a lot to manage. A few more staff would help spread the workload more evenly.
