The HR policy here is very bad for employees. This year the company reduced one day from the Eid holiday, but they are not paying employees for that day. It feels like the company is taking money from employees. Also, it is very hard to take annual leave. If someone asks for leave, HR often says they will mark it as Leave Without Pay (LWP) instead of approving earned leave. This creates a very frustrating work environment where employees feel their rights are not respected.
