4yAs the CEO and Co-founder of TalentMinded this is a very tough review to read. I'm disappointed to learn that TalentMinded was not a good fit and that you experienced stress and anxiety during your time here. We are committed to elevating talent acquisition through our programs like the Coaching Portal, the Next Generation TA Meetup group and other initiatives like the Recruiter Bootcamp that we hope to launch in 2022. We also keep our 'virtual' doors open and consistently solicit feedback from our people to keep improving the employee experience. Most importantly, we do not condone gossip and value transparency at all times - when things are going well and when there are challenges.
