Pros

I am going to share my exp with the eLearning Team, not for Dotnet Team. Dotnet team management is very good. USA Team is really good but they are not showing interest in the eLearning team of India.

Cons

Too much workload. Micro-Management Every minute tracking. No research development in this company only copy-pastes like donkeys. They want to complete a project in a day. Too much narrow mind people. Too much explanation is required. Not a good appraisal.

Pros

Great company with a family-like atmosphere so it’s especially good for new people coming into the workforce.

Cons

It’s a smaller company so sometimes you have to get a bit creative in order to carve out a path for advancement. This mindset is welcomed which is definitely a plus.

Pros

The people seemed very nice and had nice offices

Cons

I applied and interviewed for a Leadership position with Marketing strategies. Their process required hours of prep, test taking in-person meetings, etc. During the interviews they asked what I thought they should focus on with this new position and basically wanted me to create the job description for them. After all of this I sent polite inquiries every three weeks to express my continued interest and see if they had any update. Very unorganized and lacking in process & professionalism After 3 1/2+ months of being strung along and my final follow up inquiry...they told me that they had already hired someone else with more specific industry experience ONE MONTH AGO! I pressed and asked when were you going to let me know...short of me continuing to reach out. Their President said, "oops, I just realized that I had a draft email for you stuck in my draft folder that should have been sent 5 weeks ago. I said, my follow up messages didn't jog your memory? He was very polite and did apologize. Not a shining example of their Talent Acquisition Best Practices I received an initial update indicating that they were re-evaluating their key focus areas for the role and would be in touch once they had been solidified.
