Working for TalentRISE, you will have a desk of an entrepreneurial mindset. Essentially, it does not matter how you get the job done, just get the job done on terms that work for both you and your client. They do not micromanage, they trust in the excellent work their consultants achieve, they are professionals that understand the business, have a wealth of knowledge under one roof and assign the appropriate projects to the particular consultants expertise. Then ensure client satisfaction while also making sure you feel comfortable as an employee. They will get you what you need to do your job right, they will provide you with the tools to be successful and they will make sure you are recognized for a job well done. You will never feel like a tiny ant lost in a major corporation with this company! Excellent teammates and excellent teamwork!
Cons
You are 100% virtual which can be awesome but you also miss team building and relationships. You need to be one focused individual to stay determined to make your project goals while being a virtual consultant. I love being virtual however some others may struggle if they are not used to a virtual environment.
